Research Profile

His research investigates the mechanisms and issues of knowledge transfer and management that impact organizational transformation. The study aims to identify and model knowledge transfer related to factors such as competing institutional logic, personalization and codification of knowledge, the role of Information and Communication Technology, barriers and drivers, and data-driven knowledge. He also studied technology-based entrepreneurship, examining the role of knowledge transfer in high-tech entrepreneurship, technology strategic and digital innovation.
