Research Profile

My research focuses on investigating the mechanisms and issues of technology and knowledge transfer. I use qualitative, quantitative and computational model to comprehend its complexity. I expect to contribute to the literature of TKT and to evaluate its impact on an organizational transformation. I study two topics: (1) Challenges and Issues. I use social and organizational theory to study factors related to individual behavior in conflicting institutional logic; personalisation and codification of knowledge; the impact of Information and Communication Technologies; barriers and drivers; and decision making. (2) Technology-based entrepreneurship, on this topic I study the flow of knowledge in the process of high-tech entrepreneurship including the evaluation and the development of collaboration platforms, social interaction, digital innovation and social networking.
